Do you have a Forklift Licence?
Before you can operate a Forklift in the workplace you must have a High Risk Work (HRW) Licence.
On successful completion of this Course you will receive A Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit.

3 Day Course including assessment by a SafeWork Accredited Assessor

Course Requirements:
  • 18 years of age
  • 100 points of identity (original documents only)

CPCCOHS1001A - Work safely in the construction industry

This course is for people who will work on construction sites. It is a general induction to safety that provides you with the skills and knowledge to demonstrate personal awareness of WHS legislative requirements. This includes the basic principles of risk management and the prevention of injury and illness in the construction industry.

• You must be at least 14 years of age to attend this course.
• Each learner must undergo an Evidence of Identity (EOI) check prior to training and be able to provide original documents evidencing identity amounting to 100 points.

EOI documents provided by learners must include:

• Photo
• Date of birth
• Current address
• Signature

At the end of the day’s training and on successful completion of your course, you will be issued a SafeWork NSW Statement of Training that is valid for 60 days. You will also receive a DTC Training issued Statement of Attainment for the unit CPCCOHS1001A - Work safely in the construction industry. Your White Card will be mailed to you from SafeWork NSW within the following 60 days. It is the size of a credit card.

This 5 Day SafeWork NSW Course is intended to develop your skill and knowledge necessary to apply the principles of workplace consultation on work health and safety matters as required under the WHS Act, 2011.
You will gain knowledge on the following areas:
  • Workplace Health and Safety Framework
  • Consultation, Representation and Participation
  • Role of the HSR in Issue Resolution and Minimising Risks
  • Inspections, Notifiable Incidents and incident Investigations (practical Activities)
  • Provisional Improvement Notices (PINs) and ceasing unsafe work
Course Requirements:
  • Must be an elected HSR
  • Must attend all 5 days training (9am-4pm)
  • Must provide Proof of Identity (Photo ID)
One day Refresher Training Course also available.
